What we store / what we never store

• We store your class display name so your teacher can identify your work.
• We store your class files and activity responses (checklists, reflections, rubric answers).
• We store basic event timestamps (for example join time and upload time).
• We never require student email or student password for normal class use.
• We never sell student data and we do not run ad tracking.
• Teachers and approved staff can see student work in their class. Other classes cannot.
• Students can rename their display name from My Data at any time (safety rules still apply).
• Students can delete their own artifacts and class activity history from My Data at any time.
• Retention policy for submissions: 14 day(s).
• Retention policy for event metadata: 2 day(s).
